Hello, I am interested in your monthly gift boxes. However, I would like more information about the recommended age range for these kits. 
Thank you for considering our program! The best age range for our curriculum is 5-12. The younger kids would require a little more collaboration with adults.

The kits include coloring posters, word games, and fun stickers so that kids have something to engage in right away, regardless of what’s in your pantry. The adults will get involved when it comes to the recipes and creative/food science activities (getting ingredients and spending quality time). The lessons are simple enough that kids can do most—if not all—of the cooking/assembling on their own. We also include a kid-friendly kitchen tool that we’ve sourced from top culinary brands.

I would like to gift four months of Little Sous to my niece for her birthday. How do I do that?
Great! Right now, we offer the pay-by-month subscription option, a 3X package and an annual 12X package. If you would like to purchase four months, you can subscribe to the monthly program and cancel after the 4th month, if you wish.

Will my monthly/annual subscription be renewed automatically?
Yes, your subscription will automatically renew unless you change or cancel your account, which you can do via "Manage Subscriptions" in your order's confirmation email. 

Can my monthly subscription be canceled?
Yes, if you are on the monthly plan, your subscription can be canceled at any time.

Can my annual or 3- and 6-pack bundle subscriptions be canceled?
You may cancel the renewal of your subscription after the initial year or bundle has been fulfilled. The Opinel knife set is only offered for the first annual subscription.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your subscription, pull up the email confirming the recent charge and click “Manage Subscriptions.” From there, you will be able to cancel your Little Sous subscription. If you do not have an email from us handy, shoot us a note at hello@mylittlesous.com and we can send a personalized link to manage your account.

How do I sign up for a subscription?
Just head over to mylittlesous.com/shop, click on the program you’d like and follow the prompts to payment.

I’d like to change my shipping address. Can I do that?
Sure! To change your address, pull up the recent email confirming your latest charge and click “Manage Subscriptions.” From there, you will be able to change the address to which we’ll send your Little Sous subscription. If you do not have an email from us handy, shoot us a note at hello@mylittlesous.com and we can send a personalized link to manage your account.

I signed up for a new subscription: What box do I start with?
Wonderful! We ship twice per month. If you ordered your subscription by the 20th of the month, you’ll receive the box scheduled for that month. If you subscribe after the 20th, your first box will be delivered in the next month’s shipment.

Return to sender policy: If your box was shipped, unclaimed, and then “returned to sender,” you will be charged for postage to re-ship your box.
