Terms of Purchase

All payments are non-refundable and subscriptions will automatically renew unless you change or cancel your account. You may cancel the renewal of your subscription after the initial year or bundle has been fulfilled. The Opinel knife set is only offered for the first annual subscription. If your subscription is purchased at a discount during a promotional period, your subscription will renew at the full product price once the promotional period has ended. If your subscription includes a discounted monthly rate for buying a standard bundled product package, your subscription will renew at the discounted frequency rate. Little Sous, Inc. will automatically bill the credit card you submitted as part of the order process, and you hereby authorize Little Sous, Inc. to do so. Little Sous, Inc. reserves the right to charge a late fee on all past due payments equivalent to the lesser of one and a half percent (1.5%) per month on the unpaid balance or the highest rate allowed by law. Customer agrees to pay for all collection costs, attorney’s fees, and court costs incurred in the collection of past due amounts.

Return Policy
Little Sous will accept returns in exchange for a store credit only, and only in compliance with return procedures outlined below. If a product is purchased as a final sale item, then the sale is final and no returns will be accepted. If your product was not purchased as a final sale item and was returned in compliance with the return procedures below, your sole and exclusive remedy is that we will issue you a store credit in the amount charged for the applicable product, not including the fee for delivery (which is non-refundable). Store credit may only be used for future purchase of products on mylittlesous.com (excluding gift cards) and are not transferable.

Return Procedures
All returns must be made within 14 days after the product shipment date. Returned products must be unused and returned in compliance with the instructions received from contacting our customer service team at hello@mylittlesous.com. Customer is solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product. All products not returned in compliance with the return procedures will be sent back to the customer and no credit or refund will be issued.
